Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter a contract, and use the service only where it is lawful to do so. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the Privacy notice.
Research software, not advice
Tradevo Verify is evidence and research software. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, or fiduciary advice; recommend any security or strategy; guarantee future performance; or determine whether a strategy is suitable for any person.
What a verification means
A report describes how submitted historical trades performed under the displayed methodology and declarations. A fingerprint records a specific input and version. It is not an audit of brokerage records, ownership, authorship, or future results unless Tradevo separately agrees to that work in writing.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to submit the data, keep private report links secure, verify outputs before relying on them, and comply with applicable laws and third-party terms. Do not use Verify to mislead others about actual or expected performance.
Founding access and payment
Founding access is a one-time $99 purchase for the displayed scope. Payment is processed through Stripe after the scope form is submitted. The service begins after successful payment. Any broader review, additional strategy version, or continuing service requires a separate agreement.
Refund eligibility is described in the Refund policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
Availability and liability
The product is provided on an “as available” basis and may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradevo Technologies Inc. disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, indirect damages, or decisions made from a report.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
