What the product records

Tradevo Verify stores the declarations, derived analysis, test results, report fingerprint, and forward signals required to create a versioned evidence record. The application does not persist the raw CSV after analysis.

Private report links

Reports are unlisted and protected by a long capability link. Anyone with that link can view the report, so treat it like a confidential document and share it only with intended recipients.

Founding requests

A founding-access request stores the name, email, strategy context, goal, and optional private report link submitted through the form so Tradevo can review and respond to the request.

Payments and email

Founding-access payments are processed by Stripe. Tradevo Verify records payment status and transaction identifiers but does not receive or store complete card details. Payment receipts may be delivered by Stripe. If Tradevo enables a separate transactional email provider, that provider processes the contact and message information needed for delivery.

Product analytics

Tradevo Verify uses PostHog to count pageviews and the four steps in the report-to-purchase funnel. Session replay, automatic interaction capture, surveys, and feature experimentation are disabled. The analytics events do not include uploaded CSV data, report contents or private links, declarations, forward signals, customer email addresses, Stripe identifiers, or founding-order details.

Use, retention, and control

Tradevo uses this information to operate, secure, and improve Verify and to respond to requested services. We do not sell submitted strategy or contact data. Records are retained while needed for the product or request and as required by law.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. This notice may change as Verify develops; the effective date above identifies the current version.
