Refund policy
Effective August 2, 2026
Before work begins
Founding verification is a one-time professional service. You may request a full refund before Tradevo begins reviewing your strategy evidence. Send the request from the purchasing email address and include the order reference shown after checkout.
After work begins
Once Tradevo has begun the evidence review, the fee is normally non-refundable because analyst time and computing work have been committed. This does not limit refunds required by law or a remedy for a service Tradevo cannot provide as described.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Contact us promptly if you see a duplicate charge or believe a payment was unauthorized. We will investigate with Stripe and correct a verified billing error.
How to request a refund
Email support@tradevo.co. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears.
